RightWay Recruits was founded by Tom Miller, a current assistant football coach at the University of Saint Francis in Joliet, IL. Prior to USF, Coach Miller spent a COVID-shortened spring season with the University of North Dakota after serving as the Assistant Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator at Minnesota, Crookston (2015-19). Before returning to coaching, he was a Head Football Scout for NCSA Athletic Recruiting where he helped families navigate the recruiting process.

Miller competed for Loras College then Ripon College, where he also helped to found the Ripon College Rugby Football Club while earning his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Sport Management. He later went on to receive his Master's in Coaching and Sports Administration from Concordia University Irvine. Miller resides in Chicago, IL with his wife Jessica and two boys, Alexander and William.
